Market data is continuous, latency directly influences outcomes, and every layer of the technology stack, from operating systems and networking to execution engines and infrastructure, contributes to performance. Building these systems requires engineers who enjoy solving difficult technical problems with precision and discipline.

The Team:
This is a full-time,



on-site role based in our Kolkata or Mumbai office.

You'll join a small, highly technical engineering team responsible for developing the software that powers our trading platform. The team works closely with traders and quantitative researchers to build systems that process market data, execute trades, and support research across global digital asset markets.

We value engineers who are intellectually curious, enjoy working close to the hardware and operating system, and take pride in writing software that is efficient, reliable, and maintainable.

The Role:
Trading systems must process large volumes of real-time market data, respond within extremely tight latency constraints, and remain reliable throughout constantly changing market conditions. Performance, correctness, and robustness are equally significant, and even small engineering improvements can have a measurable impact.
