Stichwell Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented HR Executive who is passionate about HR Operations, MIS Reporting, and Employee Coordination.

If you are excellent in Advanced MS Excel, enjoy working with data, and are comfortable coordinating between office and nearby factory units, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and employee databases using Advanced MS Excel.
- Maintain attendance records and employee documentation.
- Visit nearby factory units for attendance verification, HR data collection, document verification, and employee coordination.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, joining formalities, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.




- Support payroll by ensuring accurate attendance and employee data.
- Coordinate with different departments on HR-related matters.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports for management.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel
- (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts & MIS Reporting)_
- Excellent computer proficiency
- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi _(Bengali will be an advantage)_
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities
- Willing to visit nearby factory units for HR-related activities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or HR-related qualification will be an added advantage.

- 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll Support, HR Administration, or H
