Job Summary
Seeking a technology expert to establish and drive our AI-Native Operations capability. The leader will define the strategy, operating model, and transformation framework for modern operations, managed services, AIOps, and autonomous operations practices. The individual will act as a strategic advisor, mentor, and capability builder, driving the transformation from traditional ASM models to AI-Native operations while enabling customer-facing FDE teams.
Key Responsibilities
Capability Leadership
"Define strategy & operating model for AI-Native operations.
Establish competency frameworks, standards, and best practices
Drive the evolution of traditional ASM organizations toward autonomous operations"
AI-Native Operations Transformation
Define transformation approaches for AIOps, Agentic operations, Autonomous Incident management, predictive operations, self-healing systems
Customer & Business Support
"Support strategic customer engagements and transformation programs
Conduct operational maturity assessments and roadmap workshops
Define value realization frameworks and business cases"
Capability Development & Mentoring
"Mentor FDEs, and operations leaders
Develop internal capability programs
Build assessment and certification frameworks"
