We provide end-to-end operational infrastructure including international logistics, regulatory compliance, payment reconciliation, marketplace management, and supply chain coordination—allowing brands to focus on growth while we manage the backend complexity.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating domestic and international shipments
- Track shipments in real-time and ensure timely deliveries
- Liaise with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and courier services
- Support preparation and verification of shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, AWBs, etc.)
- Monitor delivery timelines and escalate delays or issues proactively




- Maintain shipment records and update internal tracking systems
- Assist in resolving logistics-related queries and operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with basic shipping and documentation requirements

Qualifications
*Degree in Logistics, Operations, or a related field
- Understanding of logistics and shipping processes (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Solid coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
