- Role Summary
- We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep expertise in Field Service Management (FSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), CMDB, and enterprise integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable and future-ready ServiceNow solutions, leading customer workshops, translating business requirements into technical architecture, and driving platform modernization initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and customers to ensure successful implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

- Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across FSM, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
- Lead discovery sessions and customer workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs.
