About this Role:




- We are seeking a Network Consultant to provide customer-facing technical support within a global service desk environment, supporting premium customers with complex network solutions and stringent service level agreements. This role operates in a 24/7 shift-based workplace and is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in networking and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and operational excellence.

What you’ll do:
- Perform proactive diagnostics and fault analysis, including root cause analysis for network alarms.
- Support day-to-day operations through effective change and fault management aligned to ITIL standards.
- Take ownership of incidents across their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.
- Coordinate ticket transfers to appropriate technical teams for timely resolution.
