Develop and implement SuccessFactors OnBoarding solutions tailored to the utilities domain ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes focusing on improving user experience and operational effectiveness.
Analyze existing onboarding workflows and identify areas for improvement proposing cutting-edge solutions to optimize performance.
Provide technical expertise in SuccessFactors OnBoarding troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability and reliability.
Oversee the configuration and customization of onboarding modules to meet specific business requirements and objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in onboarding processes maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Conduct regular assessments of onboarding systems recommending upgrades and enhancements to align with evolving business needs.
Facilitate training sessions for team members and stakeholders promoting understanding and effective use of onboarding tools.
Monitor onboarding metrics and KPIs generating reports to track progress and identify opportunities for further improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for onboarding solutions.

Qualifications:
Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in developing and implementing SuccessFactors OnBoarding solutions.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess and improve onboarding workflows within the utilities domain.
