Job Purpose and Impact:
Key Accountabilities:
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Collaborates effectively with business partners, technical peers & vendors in multi-functional global teams,



including business partners to ensure solutions and configurations align with business requirements and best practices.
- INCIDENT & REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Reviews, analyzes and prioritizes incoming incident tickets and user requests, driving timely resolution within agreed processes, balancing delivery speed with quality and stability.

Qualifications:
Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- DATA MIGRATION & INTEGRATION: Experience with data migration strategies and large scale data transfers from legacy systems, including ETL processes
