- Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession, Career Development, Chance Marketplace is an advantage).
- Good understanding of any Learning Management System (LMS).
- Good understanding of SuccessFactors Job Architecture and Competency Frameworks.
- Knowledge of HR processes across Talent Management, Learning, Skills, Career Development, and Organization Design.
- Understanding of Agile product delivery methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional product requirements.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and continuous product improvement.
- Understanding of integrations between HR systems is desirable.
