Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, corporate clients, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Land Rover vehicles and finance options.
- Deliver personalized product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on Land Rover product features, competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
- Participate in promotional events, customer engagement activities, and luxury brand exhibitions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.




- Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Outstanding customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of luxury automobile sales and premium customer handling.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.

- Goal-oriented with robust problem-solving and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA is an added advantage.

Experience
- 4-8 years of total sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Experience in premium or luxury automobile brands will be preferred.
- Passion for luxury automobiles and customer service excel
