Role Overview

The Customer Care Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries, concerns, and feedback are handled efficiently and professionally. The role requires robust communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Meet or exceed defined performance metrics (response time,



resolution rate, CSAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Customer-centric attitude with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
