We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as Sr./Jr./Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing with experience in the Freight Forwarding industry (LCL/FCL/Air Freight).

The role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting ocean and air freight services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote and sell freight forwarding solutions, including LCL, FCL, and Air Freight services.
- Conduct customer visits and business development activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:




- 5-25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Freight Forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of LCL, FCL, and Air Freight services.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
- Self-driven with strong negotiation, presentation, and sales skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Graduation is mandatory.
