Role description
To drive and sustain a robust, data protection and privacy framework across, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards, safeguarding personal and sensitive data, enabling business processes, and strengthening trust between employees and stakeholders.
Skills
- Ability to conduct Privacy by Design reviews and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new and modified processes, identify privacy risks and compliance gaps.- Expertise in managing Data Principal rights, including access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal, and grievance redressal, ensuring responses within statutory timelines and maintaining audit trails.
- Capability to assess privacy posture of third parties, vendors, and partners; perform due diligence reviews; and evaluate contractual privacy clauses to ensure adequate data protection obligations.
- Ability to design and deliver enterprise-wide privacy training and awareness programs to strengthen organisational understanding of privacy obligations and enhance compliance maturity.
