Solution Architect / Consultant - Level 40:
Role Summary:
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Adobe Workfront and Fusion solutions, enabling enterprise work management transformation, workflow optimization, and platform-driven business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops to define business requirements, pain points, and operating models
- Architect end-to-end Workfront ecosystem, including Fusion integrations, data model, and workflows
- Define target-state (‘To-Be’) architecture, governance, and scalable operating model
- Drive integration strategy (APIs, automation, data flows) across enterprise platforms (AEM, CRM, ERP, etc.)
- Provide technical leadership across implementation teams (config, integration, QA)
- Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and design standards:
- Support pre-sales, solution shaping, and proposal development:
- Ensure solution aligns with business KPIs (efficiency, throughput, automation)

Must-Have Skills:
- 10 - 15+ years total experience:




- 5+ years in Workfront / similar platform architecture:
- 2-3 large-scale implementation programs (must-have):
- Deep expertise in Adobe Workfront + Workfront Fusion architecture:
- Experience in enterprise workflow automation and integration design (REST APIs, connectors):
- Solid understanding of data modelling, system design, and enterprise architecture patterns:
- Proven experience leading large-scale Workfront implementations:
- Stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Adobe ecosystem (AEM, Analytics, Campaign, Target):
- Exposure to MarTech / Work Management transformation programs:
- Experience in multi-region / global delivery models
