Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Executive with experience in BTL activations and event operations to join our team in Indore. The role involves end-to-end coordination and execution of field activations, vendor management, event handling, and manpower coordination to ensure seamless operational delivery.

This is a field-based role, requiring strong coordination skills, operational efficiency, and the ability to manage on-ground activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute BTL activations, promotional campaigns, and events on-ground.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors, agencies, and local partners for smooth execution.
- Handle event planning, setup, execution, and closure while ensuring quality standards.
- Supervise and manage field manpower/promoters, including deployment and attendance tracking.




- Ensure timely procurement and availability of event/activation materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activations.
- Resolve on-ground operational challenges and ensure successful event completion.
- Travel within the assigned region as required for field operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in BTL activations, events, or field operations.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management and manpower handling.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travel.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
