Function Description:This position is within ICS (International Card Services) in India & will report to the Manager - Business Regulatory Projects. The incumbent would be functionally responsible for project managing critical regulatory projects, which would span across business units of AEBC.

Business Regulatory Projects Teamimplements changes as per regulatory requirements in the market by leading the projects to successfully achieve their objectives. This role is critical for supporting business in managing risk, ensuring strong controls over day-to-day activities, issue management and timely delivery on regulatory mandates.

Purpose of the Role:
The primary focus of this role is to manage successful delivery of multiple regulatory projects with moderate level of complexity in collaboration with several stakeholders - within and outside of AEBC. Such projects would be spread across technical implementations, process uplifts, new process introductions, policy uplifts and new process introductions.

This role would require strong execution focus, influencing skills,



strong personal accountability of delivery of complex change management initiatives, extensive knowledge of American Express products, processes, and platforms, solid project management discipline and exceptional communication skills.
