Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, WhatsApp chats, and online leads.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and batch timings.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through proper follow-up.
- Maintain records of leads and student data.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth student onboarding.
- Support seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.

Required Skills:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Qualification
- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in counseling, telecalling, or admissions preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
