Job Summary

The role requires regular customer visits, technical sales discussions, relationship management, business development, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities across Tamil Nadu industrial regions and Chennai Region.
- Promote and sell the company’s products/services to heavy industries, process industries, EPC contractors, OEMs, and manufacturing units.
- Identify new customers and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial offers, and follow up for order closures.
- Coordinate with internal departments for quotations, technical clarifications, order execution, and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, visit reports, and customer databases.
- Travel extensively within Tamil Nadu as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech - Mechanical)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial/heavy industry sales
- Freshers with a passion for Sales also can be considered.
- Strong understanding of industrial products and technical sales processes:
- Familiarity with Tamil Nadu industrial belts
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
- Valid driving license preferred
- Knowledge of Tamil, Hindi & good command over English.
