Job Description - Design Engineer / Design Manager

Position: Design Engineer / Design Manager
Experience: Freshers to 5+ Years
Location: Thane
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days (Saturday Half Day)

Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Shop Drawings, GFC Drawings, and As-Built Drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, clients, and consultants.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and support material planning.
- Ensure drawings are technically accurate and submitted within project timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all design-related files.
- Support project execution by resolving design-related queries.
- Participate in design review meetings and coordinate revisions.
- Contribute to value engineering and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.




- Basic to advanced knowledge of Shop Drawings, GFC Drawings, and As-Built Drawings.
- Understanding of interior fit-out, MEP coordination, or construction drawings will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements.

Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with good AutoCAD knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Experienced professionals with leadership and project coordination skills may be considered for Design Manager roles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
