Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager, you will connect with pre-qualified leads generated by our marketing team, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable training programs. Your focus will be on building relationships, converting interested prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with interested leads provided by the marketing team.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Present course features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates.
- Continuously improve sales performance through feedback and learning.

- Graduate in any discipline.
