A Day in the Life:The Global Pricing and Contracting IT team at Medtronic partners with commercial groups to develop AI and analytics-driven systems that improve pricing and contracting strategies. These tools generate insights to help maximize revenue, expand market share, and support global go-to-market efforts. The position works closely with business stakeholders, acting as a bridge between Pricing and Contracting and IT to ensure technology and data support business decisions. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting solutions, supporting implementation and training, ensuring regulatory and data privacy compliance,



and collaborating with agile development teams to deliver technology solutions that drive business and patient value.

- Application Development and Support
- Write, test, debug code, and maintain system and programming documentation.
- Develop integrations or specialized programs and support maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Systems Analysis and Implementation
- Analyze system capabilities, data inputs, outputs, and processing requirements.
- Develop implementation and system conversion plans and create operating documentation.
- Recommend improvements to development standards and system processes.
- Business Collaboration
- Work with business teams to gather and document requirements.
