To manage end-to-end human resources operations for the poultry organisation, ensuring efficient workforce planning, recruitment, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and performance management. The HR Executive will support both farm-level staff (farmers, technicians, and labourers) and corporate/processing unit employees while maintaining a safe, productive, and compliant work environment that aligns with poultry industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles: poultry farm managers, hatchery technicians, production staff, quality inspectors, drivers, and clerical staff.

Coordinate with local labour markets, vocational institutes, and agricultural universities for skilled hiring.

Conduct screening, interviews, and background verification; ensure timely onboarding.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for seasonal/peak-production hiring (e.g., during flock cycles).

2. Onboarding & Training

Facilitate induction training covering poultry handling safety, biosecurity protocols, hygiene standards,



and company policies.

Coordinate technical training programs (e.g., vaccination, feeding schedules, egg grading) with operations teams.

Track training completion and compliance for audit purposes.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Organise engagement activities (team meetings, wellness programs, recognition events) to improve morale in remote farm locations.

Promote a positive work culture emphasising safety, hygiene, and animal welfare.

4. Payroll & Benefits Administration

Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary processing for shift workers, daily wage labour, and permanent staff.

Manage statutory advantages: PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, and leave entitlements.

Oversee attendance tracking (biometric/manual), shift rosters, and overtime calculations.
