Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing real estate projects.
- Organize property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, open houses, and promotional events.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities based on analytics and ROI.
- Prepare marketing budgets, reports, and performance presentations for management.
- Create and review marketing materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, videos, and project collateral.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain the company's website and ensure project information is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- 4-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.




- Proven experience in lead generation and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in marketing residential, commercial, or plotted development projects.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing automation tools.
- Strong content development and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
