Job Purpose:
The Manager - Analytics is responsible for leading a Digital Marketing Analytics team and owning the delivery of digital marketing analytics initiatives that enable data-driven decision-making across enterprise marketing programs. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and drives strategic impact through analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Talent Management:
- Lead and develop a team of data scientists/analysts
- Drive performance management and development plans
- Foster a high-performing and creative team culture





Analytics Portfolio Ownership:
- Own and prioritize analytics initiatives aligned to marketing priorities
- Manage capacity, timelines, and risks across projects

Digital Marketing Analytics Delivery:
- Deliver analytics across GA4, Paid Media, and CRM platforms
- Produce dashboards, reports, and executive insights

Strategic Business Partnership:
- Translating business needs into analytics solutions
- Influence marketing strategy through data-driven insights

Technical Oversight:
- Provide guidance on data modeling and analytics methodologies
- Ensure scalability and governance of analytics solutions

Global Operating Model
- Collaborating with global teams across time zones
- Align priorities and delivery with US/Global stakeholders

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 7-10 years of experience in analytics/data science
- 2+ years of people and/or analytics portfo
