Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily packing operations and ensure production targets are achieved.

Operate and monitor packing machines as per standard procedures.

Manage and coordinate shop-floor manpower during assigned shifts.

Perform in-process product inspection and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Coordinate packing, material movement, and dispatch activities.

Maintain production and packing records accurately.

Ensure proper shift handover and smooth workflow.

Follow workplace safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.

Requirements:
Any Graduate.

2-3 years of experience in packing, production, or manufacturing operations.

Basic knowledge of machine operation and shop-floor activities.

Valuable team handling and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
