Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls from customers.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-up.
- Maintain a skilled and positive attitude during customer interactions.

Required Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under target-based environments.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
