Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking activities. Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements. Schedule and conduct property presentations and site visits. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to prospective clients. Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into sales. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM and sales reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and current project launches.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
