Job Summary
- We are seeking a Workday Data SME to own end-to-end Workday data load activities, including hands-on production EIB execution, ODS and Workday template preparation, data validation, governance, and post-load support. The role will ensure data changes are accurate, secure, controlled, and delivered through agreed release and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and complete end-to-end Workday data load processes including EIB preparation, validation, production execution, post-load checks, and issue resolution.
- Prepare, maintain, and govern ODS and Workday data input templates to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for approved data loads.
- Review data load requests for completeness, approvals, payroll impact, deployment readiness, and downstream dependencies.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to identify missing fields, incorrect values, duplicates, anomalies, and impact risks.
- Partner with ODS, functional teams, Payroll, Integrations, Security, Reporting,



and Operations to clarify requirements and resolve data issues.
- Support mass data changes with proper governance, approval evidence, validation sign-off, production execution, and post-load reconciliation.
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive Workday data files, validation outputs, execution evidence, and supporting documents.
- Fix EIB/data load failures, investigate root causes, and implement or coordinate remediation.
- Maintain process documentation, template mentorship, validation rules, execution steps, and support handover materials.
- Support Workday release, change, and configuration governance for data-related updates.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- 3-5 years of meaningful experience in Workday data loads, EIB execution, HR data management, Workday functional support, or enterprise HR systems delivery.
