Customer Engagement & Needs Assessment:Greet customers, build rapport, and assess their needs, budget, and preferences to recommend appropriate new or used vehicles.
- Product Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, technical specifications, and pricing of various vehicle models.
- Vehicle Demonstrations:Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives, highlighting key features and explaining performance aspects.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to reach a mutually agreeable sales contract.
- Paperwork & Compliance:Prepare and process sales contracts and all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Follow-Up:Follow up with leads and customers after the sale, addressing any concerns, and ensuring satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Inventory & Promotions:Stay informed about current inventory, dealership promotions, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
