Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Conduct audience research and create custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies.
- Analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, graphics, and video creatives.
- Install and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies and the latest advertising trends.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience running Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversion, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Event Manager.
- Experience with audience segmentation and remarketing.




- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Good understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Meta Blueprint Certification (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in education, ed-tech, healthcare, or service-based industries is an advantage.
