Job Title: Contract ManagerJob Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage client, vendor, subcontractor, and supplier contracts.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications.
- Analyze tender documents, BOQs, work orders, purchase orders, and contractual terms.
- Monitor contract obligations, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
- Manage contract amendments, variations, change orders, and claims.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, finance, legal, and operations teams on contractual matters.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Maintain contract registers, document control systems, and contract records.
- Review payment terms, retention clauses, LD clauses, warranties, and indemnities.
- Support project teams in commercial negotiations and dispute resolution.
- Track project progress against contractual commitments.
- Prepare contractual correspondence, notices, claims, and responses.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices, certifications,



and supporting documentation.
- Assist management in resolving contractual disputes and commercial issues.
- Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance as per contractual requirements.
- Prepare periodic contract status reports and management updates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in contract management within Construction, Interior Fit-Out, Architecture, PMC, Infrastructure, or Real Estate sectors.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, commercial management, and project execution.
- Experience in reviewing BOQs, tenders, work orders, subcontract agreements, and client contracts.
- Positive understanding of legal and commercial contract terms.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and contract documentation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
