Roles & Responsibilities:
- Teaching postgraduate and undergraduate courses in Management with excellence and innovation.
- Developing curriculum, case studies, and research projects in line with global academic and industry standards.
- Publishing impactful research in reputed national and international journals.
- Building strong academia-industry linkages to enhance student learning and employability.
- Mentoring faculty members and contributing towards institutional development.
- Playing an active role in accreditation processes, quality assurance, and policy-making at the institute level.





Qualifications & Experience (As per AICTE/UGC norms):
- Essential:
- Ph.D. in Management / Business Administration or allied disciplines from a recognized university.
- First Class in MBA (regular) or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent.
- Desirable:
- Strong research credentials with publications in Scopus/ABDC/UGC-listed journals.
- Proven track record of guiding Ph.D. scholars and securing funded research projects.
- Industry exposure, consultancy experience, or participation in management development programs.
- Leadership abilities in academic administration and policy formulation.
