Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Property Management Executive to oversee the daily operations of our residential rental apartments. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants, managing everything from onboarding and rent collection to maintenance coordination and move-out inspections.

Key Responsibilities
- Tenant & Lease Management: Handle the end-to-end leasing process, including marketing vacant units, onboarding new tenants, and overseeing the tenant vacating process.
- Financial Oversight: Manage and track monthly rental income, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Inspections: Conduct thorough initial (move-in) and final (move-out) apartment inspections to assess condition and document any damages.
- Maintenance Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all flat maintenance queries. Efficiently log,



track, and record all maintenance work jobs.
- Vendor Management: Assign and direct maintenance tasks to the relevant technicians, contractors, or maintenance staff, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Computer Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office suite (specifically MS Excel for data tracking and MS Word for documentation).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Experience: Prior experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality administration is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Details & Compensation
- Job Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Job Type: Full time
