This role owns end-to-end product outcomes across strategy, roadmap, development, delivery, and adoption, working closely with Cordant product teams and, where needed, other Baker Hughes entities.

The role also has direct responsibility for a team of product managers and is accountable for shaping a cohesive product direction across multiple domains. The focus is on driving consistency, reuse, and scalability across the Baker Hughes ecosystem while enabling teams to move quickly without compromising quality or alignment.

As a Digital Technology Senior Manager - Technical Product Management, you will be responsible for:
- Own end-to-end product outcomes across vision, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and measurable business impact for the Applications Studio portfolio.
- Define a multi-quarter roadmap that balances foundational platform investments, reusable component expansion, AI-enabled workflows, and near-term product line needs.
- Translate customer, developer, and business pain points into explicit product bets, success metrics, and adoption goals, drawing on patterns from modern software creation platforms and industrial data platforms.
- Partner with UX, Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams from concept through release to ensure capabilities are usable, scalable, secure, and production ready.
