Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care
- Provide comprehensive bedside nursing care to urology patients.
- Assist in OPD procedures (e.g., catheterization, bladder scans, instillation therapies).
- Support pre-operative preparation and post-operative care for urology surgeries (TURP, PCNL, URS, cystoscopy, etc.).
- Monitor vital signs, maintain medical charts, and ensure timely documentation.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as prescribed.
- Care for patients with catheters, stents, nephrostomy tubes, and drainage systems.
- Manage urology-specific consumables and assist with sample collection.
- Handle emergency situations effectively (urinary retention, hematuria management, post-op bleeding, etc.).

Operating Theatre & Procedure Support
- Assist surgeons during OT procedures and maintain sterile field.
- Prepare instruments, equipment,



and consumables specific to urology surgeries.
- Conduct instrument sterilization and maintain OT aseptic standards.

Patient Care & Counseling
- Educate patients and attendants on post-operative care, catheter care, hygiene, diet, and medication routine.
- Provide empathetic support and maintain patient dignity and privacy.

Compliance & Safety
- Follow infection control protocols, biomedical waste management, and hospital safety standards.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
- Participate in NABH/QMS documentation and audits.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
