Production Supervisor to join our dairy processing team and grow with us.

Position: Production Supervisor - Dairy Processing

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day dairy processing operations.
- Assist in the production of dairy products such as:
○A2 Ghee

○Paneer

○Buttermilk

○Curd and other value-added dairy products
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules and maintain production records.
- Manage raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Train and guide production staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the production facility.

Requirements:




- 1+ years of experience in dairy processing, dairy production, or food manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in making ghee, paneer, buttermilk, curd, or similar dairy

products will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of dairy hygiene, quality control, and production processes.

Ability to manage a small production team and work independently.

Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
