Job Description - Store Executive (Site)

Job Summary

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing site store operations, maintaining inventory records, handling inward and outward material movement, coordinating with procurement and project teams, and ensuring proper storage and documentation of materials at the project site in Sachin, Surat.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site store activities efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Maintain inventory registers and ERP/Excel entries.
- Coordinate with project engineers, vendors, and purchase department.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Handle issuance of materials to site teams with proper documentation.




- Ensure housekeeping and compliance within the store area.
- Track consumables, tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Minimize material wastage and prevent inventory discrepancies.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of store and inventory management.
- Experience in handling industrial/project site materials.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Robust documentation and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.

Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Additional certification in Store Management or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in store operations at industrial or project sites.
- Experience in engineering, water treatment, têxtile, EPC, or manufacturing industries preferred.

Pay: ₹10,079.17 - ₹28,000.00 per month
