Counsel and convert prospective students through phone calls, meetings, webinars, and campus visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
- Manage and track leads through CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct career counseling sessions and guide students regarding aviation career pathways, CPL training, cadet pilot programs, and airline opportunities.
- Build relationships with parents, students, and industry stakeholders to strengthen trust and enrollment outcomes.
- Mentor and support other admissions counselors to improve team performance.
- Prepare admission reports, conversion analytics, and enrollment forecasts for management review.
- Represent PilotsPathway at seminars, education fairs, and aviation career events.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
