Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location : Pune, Maharshtra

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.
