Job Description - Logistics Executive

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics & Dispatch Management
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the dispatch of solar panels, inverters, structures, cables, and other project materials.
- Arrange transportation and negotiate with transport vendors for cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to project locations.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and project teams regarding material movement.

Inventory Coordination:
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movement.
- Monitor stock availability and update inventory reports regularly.
- Ensure proper documentation of dispatches, deliveries, and returns.

Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare and verify delivery challans, e-way bills, invoices, and transport documents.
- Maintain logistics records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Resolve discrepancies related to deliveries, shortages, or damaged goods.

Vendor & Client Coordination:
- Coordinate with transporters,



suppliers, and project teams for smooth operations.
- Follow up on deliveries and update stakeholders on shipment status.
- Handle logistics-related queries and provide timely resolutions.

Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Monitor transportation costs and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain records of vehicle movements, freight expenses, and delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse coordination, or supply chain operations.
- Freshers with robust coordination and documentation skills may also apply.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with e-way bills, GST documentation, and dispatch procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skill
