Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily banking activities.
- Coordinate with external organizations, educational institutions, service providers, and partner offices regarding file submissions and documentation requirements.
- Collect, submit, and track important client and company documents.
- Maintain proper records of all submissions, acknowledgements, and field activities.
- Travel within and outside the city as required to complete official assignments, client visits, document submissions, collections, and coordination activities.
- Assist the operations team in managing physical files and administrative documentation.
- Prepare daily activity reports and update management on task status.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of client and company documents.
- Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in field operations,



administration, banking coordination, immigration services, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for official work.
