Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory experiments to optimize enzymatic hemp fiber extraction processes.
- Analyze process parameters such as pH, temperature, agitation speed, and reaction conditions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed laboratory reports and documentation.
- Assist in the selection of process equipment, chemicals, and enzymes.
- Support laboratory operations and experimental setup.
- Participate in process scale-up activities from lab to pilot and commercial production.
- Provide operational support during commercial implementation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering, laboratory operations, or process development.
- Hands-on experience in laboratory experiments and process optimization.




- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to document, interpret, and present experimental results effectively.
- Interest in process development, scale-up, and sustainable technologies.
