Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the operations of all city departments and municipal services.
- Implement policies, resolutions, and strategic plans approved by the City Council.
- Develop, manage, and monitor the city's annual budget and financial performance.
- Advise elected officials on policy, operational, financial, and community matters.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national laws and regulations.
- Oversee infrastructure projects, public works, public safety, utilities, and community development initiatives.
- Manage senior department heads and evaluate organizational performance.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, businesses, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Represent the city in public meetings, negotiations, and external partnerships.
- Lead emergency preparedness and crisis management efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration,



Business Administration, Political Science, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MPA, MBA, or related discipline) preferred.
- Significant experience in municipal government, public administration, or executive leadership.
- Robust knowledge of local government operations, budgeting, and public policy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
