Primary Responsibilities:
- Service Consultation: Analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate mobile, broadband, and digital television solutions.
- Account Management: Execute new service activations, plan migrations, and handle SIM-related service requests.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to regulatory requirements for Digital KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
- Inquiry Resolution: Provide efficient solutions for billing discrepancies and service-related concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,070.07 per month
