We are expanding our HR Department to strengthen workforce management and employee engagement across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, WHO-GMP standards, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance.
- Support training & development programs, including GMP and safety modules.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with business objectives.




- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-6 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
