Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Translate business strategy into actionable operational plans.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.

2. Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations across departments (production, supply chain, service delivery, logistics, etc.).
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
- Establish operational policies, SOPs, and performance standards.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.

3. Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage operational budgets.
- Monitor cost control, profitability, and operational expenses.
- Drive cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.

4. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor department heads and operational managers.




- Build high-performing teams and foster a results-driven culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning.

5. Process Improvement & Quality Control
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational improvement methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.

6. Risk & Compliance Management
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

7. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and other departments.
- Present operational performance reports to executive leadership and board members.
- Manage vendor and strategic partner relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
