Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified client leads for Domestic Staffing business
- Connect with TA Teams, VM Teams, Procurement Teams, HR Heads & decision-makers
- Validate prospects before handing over to Business Development team
- Conduct market research and identify active hiring companies
- Maintain lead database and pipeline tracking
- Support business growth through proactive client outreach
Required Skills:
- Strong LinkedIn Client Acquisition experience
- Good understanding of Staffing/Recruitment industry
- Excellent communication & networking skills
- Strong research and prospecting abilities
- Exposure to Business Development/support functions preferred
Eligibility
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Staffing Client Acquisition/business development
- Good academic background preferred
Pay: ₹9,872.54 - ₹40,594.70 per month
