Experience: Freshers to 2 years of experience

Preferred Background: Freshers / Sales / Business Development / Marketing / Telecalling / Client Coordination / Customer Relationship Roles

About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and business-oriented individuals who can understand products and services, contribute to sales strategy discussions, and actively work with leads from initial contact to onboarding.

The role involves working closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify the right target audience, improve positioning, refine sales pitches, and help convert leads into successful onboardings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand products and services in detail (training will be provided)
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand target audience behavior and campaign positioning
- Contribute ideas for sales pitches, outreach strategies, and lead engagement
- Take ownership of assigned leads and follow up consistently
- Handle tele-calls,



WhatsApp communication, and in-person meetings with prospective clients
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with senior executives or evaluators
- Follow up on evaluation outcomes and assist clients through the onboarding process
- Maintain CRM updates, lead tracking, and communication records properly
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients through professional communication and follow-up

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients over calls and meetings
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer handling
- Ability to understand business requirements and explain solutions clearly
- Organized follow-up and coordination ability
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
