Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Process B2C orders through OMS/WMS platforms.
- Generate invoices, shipping labels, and manifests.
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatches.
- Ensure order accuracy, packaging compliance, and SLA adherence.
- Track pending shipments and resolve dispatch exceptions.
- Prepare daily dispatch and pending order reports.
Eligibility & Skills
- 12th Pass
- Basic computer and Excel skills
- Experience with WMS/ERP preferred
- Good coordination skills
Working Conditions
- Full time warehouse/field role
- Rotational shifts and weekly off as per company policy
