Gagangiri Group is looking for energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our sales team for our Kurla residential project. You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, responsible for generating interest and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospects from the database
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and payment plans
- Follow up with interested leads to schedule site visits
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM
- Meet daily and weekly call targets
- Coordinate with the field sales team for smooth lead handovers

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
- Basic computer skills for CRM and data entry
- Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated
